The feeling of uneasiness fills my spine this morning.. the whole family will be going off back Home after 3 weeks.. It is just so hard to say goodbye once more. just the thought of it hurts so deeply, i don't think i can pull my tears back for long..

Papa, being always so protective and supportive in all i do.. you've been working so hard, making risky decisions, stressing yourself, just to make sure that we never have to worry about what and how we spend.. urging me to stay on here even though i can see that he would love to see me back home as soon as it permits. sacrifices are to be made, for my future..

Mummy, always there to provide me with everything i need, pampering me with so much love that i constantly overlook and take for granted.

Lip Ee, never seems to be anything that can bother him more than half a day. always carefree, and striving for a challenge. study hard and focus, pull your confidence back up after these falls.

Lip Hyean, the 'baby' of the family, not so small anymore.. so sorry that i have been harsh to you frequently, and i know i shouldn't anymore. you have your own ways of doing things, and i must accept and support you, instead of trying to change you to how i see best fits. i have always been proud of you, keep it up, not let the words of others discourage you. be confident!

I love you all so much, just don't know how to express myself.. looking sooo bitter most of the time, i will change.. to be cheerful child of God, full of joy!

Was studying half way last night, and then the movie title just popped in my mind, ' still haven't watched that eh.. go dl and see....'

After an hour, i started watching it, was bout 1.45am i think.

This movie is about this boy, which 'feels' music and uses it to find his lost parents. won't give out spoilers so go watch it yourself! haha.. if anyone wans to see it, just ask me for it =)

It's been 2 weeks since my car broke down.. the problem just gets bigger and bigger each time i query about it. first it was just bad fuel.. then it's just the pistons jumped queue, and now.. i end up having to change the whole engine which costs.... alot.. (ask me if u wana know how much)
These garage guys over here are just sooo unprofessional, they take their own sweet time and when i told them to call me if there's anything, they just replied, " i've taken down your number have i? i'll call you if there's anything. can you call back at 4. " =.= really....feel like whacking that guy.. can't really show my temper as my car is still in their hands.. never know what they could do to it. put a bomb under it and blast me into pieces also no one knows..
At the moment, i'm trying to finish the final report which has to be signed by my previous boss tmr. thats the dateline i've set myself to meet.
boring blog i know... =) it'll change IF my life gets any more exciting than this.. take care peeps.. chaoz..

What a day… rained heavily throughout the whole day! They call it Summer.. it’s just plain miserable. Was my last day at work today (Friday). Got a nice card from my colleagues, and got a nice good farewell during lunch. Honestly speaking, been looking forward for this work to end since the day I started.. not that I didn’t like the work, just that I knew somehow, that I’ll be stuck here in the UK for 2 years in a row. One year just flew by and I’m back in University days again. The main thing I’ve learnt from this year, is that I really do prefer studying than working!

On the other face of things.. my car broke down today. Couldn’t even manage to make it back to the nearest Garage.. just wouldn’t start… there I was, holding my head with both my hands thinking, ‘there goes my dad’s money again.. surely gona cost me a lot this time..’ didn’t expect something at such a big scale to happen just when I was about to sell the car off in less than 3 weeks.. the only consolation I have is that, all things happen for a reason.. and I’ve got to just stay strong, and wait it out… I can safely say.. this is the worse that has happened in a very very long time.. what a day…………

Watched Batman, The Dark Knight last night. i would confidently say it was one of the best movie I've watched through these few years. though i turned out dizzy after the movie cos i was sitting in the fourth row from the front. the cinema was packed!
Looking at how Heath Ledger portrayed the Joker.. the way he showed his craziness and evil sense of humour. honestly, it freaked me out quite a bit.
everyone who hasn't watched this yet, do go watch it in a cinema!! worth watching! really!!

watched Wall.E on Tuesday night with the guys, 6 of us altogether. haha, i feel it's slightly weird going for an animated movie with all grown men. =D
nevertheless! it was really a good movie. ( to be honest.. i nearly teared.. )
Work has been slow lately, not much to do other than read up on things.
Things should be speeding up abit next week i hope.

Was our faithful 'vegetable' dog back home in M'sia.... he's been around for quite some while..
could still remember the times when he was naughty.. sneaking past the fencing... and running off to mark his territory around the neighbourhood.. he was really one very intelligent dog..
he enjoyed our 'sayang-ing' (patting) and would close his eyes in relaxation..
there was once he climbed under the fence and ran after a theft which was running out a neighbour's house.. and the thief was crying when Hunter bit his hand..
Today.. he left us, do pray he's in a better place now..
brother messaged me... ' lipsing.. Hunter died ler... '
i was just stunned momentarily.... sigh.. didn't know what to think...
just to sum things up quickily... my parents had to get the vet to put him to sleep.. cos he had a serious constipation problem.. it was the same problem 5 years or so ago.. with my other dog.. which was at least 15 years of age..
This just... reminds me again.. to appreciate what i have now..the people around me.. and also the two other dogs at home.. people come.. people go.. cycle of life.. which is quite a sad thing actually. nothing can we do bout it.. =/

IRON MAN!!

Went out last nite with a bunch of medic friends, which just finished their final papers.
was soo good to see them =) it's really been quite a while since we met..
anyway, we went for Iron Man...

Played golf with Jeremy, Isaiah and Mike on Friday evening. was a great relaxing nice walk, laughing at each other. and we went again on Saturday evening without Jeremy. all i can think of is GOLF now! back to the time where i was totally hooked on it!

It was GOOD! really enjoyed it!

Went for Malaysian Society Crown night dinner yesterday night. Food was not too bad.. but sadly... stained my shirt a little bit.. don't know why.. the stain's not coming off! grrrr...

Watched the movie Awake last night on my laptop.

The movie was quite 'gan jeong' but i was just abit put offed by the lousy internet connection which slowed down the streaming.. (watudu... no money for cinema.. ) =D

It just struct me that it's already been 7 months that I've been working for this Engineering company.. time really flies.. and I still feel that i haven't accomplished much through these months.. 4 more months and this will come to an end, and I'll be back to Uni life..
I keep telling myself.. you've got to set a good example for your brothers.. but it really does feel that they're doing better than me! haha.. >.< lousy big bro i am..
come on.. work harder, do your best.... and achieve your goals.. don't let your family down!

I've realised that I tend to blog only in around ONE month intervals.. haha.. nothing much happening over here in Cardiff. Been raining days and days, everything seems sooo miserable and WET. At least it's getting bright earlier in the day, and only goes off later in the evening, that really cheers me up alot!!
This is abit random, but there's one thing that really gets me fired up.. u know, the Metro newspaper i get everyday.. every single day, there'll be a BRUTAL killing.. by young kids about the age of 15-16. and the given excuse was that they were drunk! does that make it OK then?? and newspapers aren't even allowed to show the names of these dangerous people.. makes me always ponder.. if i should ever bring up my children overseas.. to me, it's definitely a big NO.. drinking without control is something habitual to most young people here.. and younger kids are following the 'flow' as well. anyway, thats just my point of view.. do comment. off to church now.. =) have a great week ahead peeps! Monday, another day at work.. was quite stressed today.. there were sooo much work to be finished by the end of the day, till i had to stay back for another 2 hours extra.. sometimes just feel unappreciated.. asking for overtime.. but boss being abit reluctant to pay me over time..
thats life i guess.. everyone for himself.. :-/ really was quite... a day...

- Learn some proper cooking of meals

It was around 7 in the evening.. when i picked up my guitar and just started to tune it.. there was a loud knock on the main door. Excited to see who was outside ( usually no one visits me... =/ ) i rushed downstairs to open the door.. there stood a little girl, in her pink winter jacket 'shouting' out a christmas carol, some kinda song bout a Donkey.. she sang it in a wierd way.. as if she was forced to do it.. honestly.. it was quite awkward lar.. smilling to fake the Liking of what she was singing. i did notice a shadow beside her.. knowing she couldn't have come all the way to sing alone. after around 2-3 mins, she finally stood there quietly.. and looked at me, expecting me to do something. Blur Blur me.. i just looked at the guy beside her and asked , " so erm.. what do u want?? " in a polite way of cause.. and he said money. so i just grabed a pound from my pocket and passed it to her.. Sien weyy... it feels like i was FORCED to part with my one pound.. how can u knock on my door, and b4 i see who you are... u start singing soooo loudly.... grrr..

went out with my bunch of Guy friends last night. just for dinner at Benny's and a few games of Snooker! occasion was, two of them were going back to M'sia today. I'm sure each and everyone of us enjoyed ourselves. Such a good laugh and company! =D
It's gona be quite a Lonely christmas.. almost my whole gang of Guy friends wouldn't be around, some going back, some going for trips around Uk and Europe. I can only say... I really do miss home.. miss being home for Christmas and Chinese New Year.. Lip Ee's back home adi.. Lip Hyean's home tomorrow... someone! give me a longer break so that i can go homeeee!!

A Day In Bath

18 of us, from the student fellowship group drove off to Bath in 4 cars today. Had to wake at 6 something to get prepared since we were told to be at the gather point by 7.45.

But, as usual, we only managed to start our journey at 8.30! =D haha..

the journey wasn't too bad at all, driving through the country side... seeing hairy black cows... erm.. horses.. sheep.. finally reached Bath around 9. took 15 minutes just to get to the multi-storey car park..! wasted petrol!!

Rushed straight to Sally Lunn's for branch, and had the most expensive sandwich ever.... =.= it was definitely tasty.. but... it was still abit too costly for my pocket... :-/ but anyhow! an experience i can be proud of! =)

had to be seperated to two tables... =( not enough space..

Next, we went to the Roman Baths. Conclusion from the visit was that.....Romans really made alot of time and effort for relaxing!

The few of us holding on to the Audio Guide thingy. was actually very very interesting.. listening about all the various kinds of gods they believed in.. erm.. and the things they did to gain contact with those gods.

Spent around 3 hours going round the whole place... masive place..

Following on... we went to the Crescent, and took some nice pics =)

was actually supposed to go to the Jane Austen Museum.. luckily we didn't... haha... most of the GUYS didn't even know who she was (some thought she was a HE) =D

Amsterdam!

Another day in Work.. I’m getting quicker and more familiar with Auto CAD ( Computer Aided Drawing ). Good in a way.. but also shows that i don’t have much life! Hmm.. maybe i should update abit about my Trip to Amsterdam this past Summer.
Let’s see if I can still remember the details.. after 5 months..
It was a three days trip that we planned.. those who went were Alan, Gillian, Iryn and I. All i can remember now is that i left on the last night back for Malaysia, the rest left back for Cardiff the next morning.
Anyway, i was appointed to be the ‘Guide’, holding the map which we bought for 2 Euros, walking around the streets of Amsterdam, HOPING i was leading the group in the right direction!
Do u know that bicycles are kind of the main means of transportation around Amsterdam city? That is, other than Trams and Trains. They have bicycle lanes right beside pedestrian lanes, there were a few times we were nearly knocked down by some cyclists, cos we didn’t realise we were walking on their lanes.
Now... see if i can get some nice pics to show u peeps..

The 1st day, we didn’t do much since we only reached around 3 something 4 in the evening. By the time we found the hostel we were staying in, it was already starting to get dark. I think we went look for food? So we found this!

To be honest.. the food wasn’t too great…. >.<

Heineken Brewery...

My 2nd time paying 10 Euros to go in for the tour.. in 2006, on my way home to Malaysia, i got stranded in Amsterdam's Schipol Airport for 24. so came out for a walk in Amsterdam City, friend forced me in for the tour....

Another place we went to was the Van Goh Museum... full of paintings! to read the story of his life.. you can't help but to feel sorry for him... a genius in a way.. but.. suffered so much..?

He tried looking at the Sun to paint it for 3 days i think.. can't rmb if he lost his sight or not, but i know something happened to his eyes lar!

We went look for Indonesian food as well, heard from a few people that have been to Amsterdam that we should try it.. so we did!
